This stress relief exercise will allow the tension in your body to drift away, and it will take the pain with it! You can take as long or as little time as you wish to practice this exercise. However, I would recommend around 10 minutes, to really enjoy the benefits.
You can use this exercise as often as you like at any time of the day. Combining it into your bed time routine will certainly help you to drift off to sleep
